Despite the turbulent live music landscape, one lucky city is now booked to host the newest winter music festival.
Introducing Brisbane Winter Sessions. The river city will play host to such artists as Thy Art Is Murder, Trophy Eyes, Methyl Ethyl, Last Dinosaurs, West Thebarton, Press Club, Bad//Dreems, Velociraptor, Young Franco, Sweater Curse and heaps more.
The festival will include more than 30 free and ticketed events, with over 100 artists performing across 16 venues including The Zoo, Fortitude Music Hall, Ric’s Backyard, The Triffid and The Brightside.
There are 6 days and nights of programming, an epic street party, and culminates in the ultimate Ekka Holiday celebration.
Brisbane Winter Sessions will kick off on Thursday 5th August and end on Wednesday 11th August 2021.
